Indonesia is an agricultural country, which means that our country's main income suppose to came from agricultural industry. So what could be more suitable than me as a citizen admits that she cant live with out rice? I rather not eat completely than to eat something with out rice. It's always have been that way ever since i was little, i mean my mother would cook steak with potato chips and i will ask for a bowl of rice! Ever tried eating fries with rice? It taste okay, but i wouldn't have it everyday. The problem is, rice is carbohydrate if you eat too much of it, it becomes FAT. So, if i like
eating rice i must exercise, aaah~. I'm 10 kg overweight than my BMI, my doctor tells me i should lose it or else. Because i have diabetes and it could really ruin my kidney if it gets worse. I can live with out eating
sweets and sugars because i dont really like it but RICE!! OH MY GOD, i cant go on without at least eating rice once a day.
My mom didn't exactly helped me with this situation because she likes rice too. She kept on cooking rice everyday(okay, she shouldn't stop doing it because i still have family!) Okay if you're in Indonesia, go to your local supermarket and ask for a rice brand called, "Cap Topi Koki". It's way more expensive than the regular rice but GOD it really taste the best! It's not sticky like japanese rice, not to dry like local rice (even though it is local), it's just perfect! even if you put too much water when you cook it, the texture
only change a little.

I'm really concern about me going to
study overseas and not get to eat rice. It's not that rice doesnt exist there, it's a world wide known staple food, of course it can be found in any supermarket of a growing country! But it just doesnt taste the same right?

So now i'm starting the first phase of diet ;] which includes me to only eat 20 grams of Carbohydrate per day...
but, lets just stick with this one...oh GOD, two weeks ppl!!! I GOTTA GET THROUGH THIS!
